Key Responsibilities
1. Lead shift operations and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted utility support for customers. 2. Define and manage the scope of corrective maintenance works, ensuring effective planning and collaboration with production teams. 3. Engage in improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs; participate in training to enhance facility operation knowledge, including energy efficiency and electrical safety. 4. Support department audits for ISO and other certifications, maintaining all audit-related documentation meticulously and collaborating with the Safety Officer to enhance work safety practices. 5. Prepare and submit monthly preventive maintenance reports, ensuring all activities are scheduled appropriately. 6. Maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including chillers, air compressors, and fire safety systems, adhering to Bosch guidelines. 7. Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks comply with specifications and statutory regulations, obtaining necessary approvals before initiating any work. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving programs as assigned by management.
