Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of electrical design and analysis experience, preferably within a structured, phase-gated product development process. You should have deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontroller-based systems, and a solid understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM), design for testability (DFT), and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Experience in collaborating closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and support teams to optimize designs and solve technical challenges is crucial. Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools is required, and familiarity with safety and EMC compliance standards for medical or industrial electronics is advantageous.
