Qualifications
As an Electrical Engineer II - III, your role will involve generating foundational designs under the guidance of senior engineers or designers, conducting equipment selections, and performing load/energy and pressure drop calculations for a range of projects. You will progress from basic design tasks to more complex assignments in collaboration with a technical team.Key responsibilities include:Conducting field inspections to assess existing conditions and coordinating new work, assisting Senior Engineers in the preparation of due diligence, feasibility studies, gap analysis, and technical reports and drawings.Collaborating with other disciplines and maintaining close communication with the entire design team.Producing basic designs under the supervision of senior engineers or designers, including equipment selections and load/energy calculations.Representing Syska Hennessy Group while effectively interacting with internal design teams and external clients and consultants (owners, builders, developers, program managers, architects, vendors, etc.).Mastering drawing organization formats and adhering to company standards.Assisting senior engineers/designers in determining project scheduling, manpower needs, and budget considerations.
