Electrical Engineer
Reporting to: Lead Electrical Engineer
Overview: This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and maintaining documentation for all maintenance activities at the plant site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all maintenance documentation in accordance with the site’s Master List of Controlled Documents.
- Assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to technicians based on the Maintenance Manager’s guidance.
- Create, supervise, and coordinate all plant maintenance operations.
- Plan and review completed work on all plant equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and manage correspondence related to maintenance activities.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of processes and relevant mechanical, instrumentation, control, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues and lead the maintenance team in problem resolution.
- Provide training to team members on preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage work orders through CMMS and collaborate with Electrical Technicians for job completion and technical matters.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning and scheduling maintenance outages, in line with the annual maintenance plan.
