Opportunity Overview
Engagements may involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Creating complex electrical engineering challenges that mirror real-world applications.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and operational constraints.
- Using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy to validate calculations or simulations.
- Refining AI reasoning to ensure compliance with industry-standard logic.
- Implementing structured evaluation criteria for multi-faceted problems.
What We Seek
We are looking for electrical engineers with Python expertise who are interested in part-time, project-based engagements. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong Python skills for numerical validation tasks.
- A reliable internet connection.
Having professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or practical projects is advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
During active project phases, tasks are anticipated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week, contingent on project demands. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
Contributors have the potential to earn up to $50 per hour, depending on their level of expertise and contribution pace. Compensation may vary based on project scope and complexity. Other projects on our platform may offer different earning potentials.
