Your Responsibilities
- Lead field crews and subcontractors on significant commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Represent Knobelsdorff Enterprises during customer walkthroughs and site meetings.
- Coordinate project materials, manage deliveries, and assign crew tasks.
- Ensure compliance with codes, contract specifications, and timelines.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct daily tailgate meetings.
- Monitor and report on job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
- Support adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
- Mentor field personnel and cultivate a collaborative, accountable work culture.
- Assist with documentation, change orders, and logistics on-site.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager and project team to resolve issues and adapt plans as necessary.
- Act as the on-site contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and clients.
