We are excited to announce an opening for an Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of designing, organizing, leading, coordinating, and managing all aspects of electrical project construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive productivity by implementing and following weekly and daily work plans.
- Coordinate design efforts with team members and subcontractors.
- Supervise ongoing work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor labor tracking sheets and oversee electrical installations.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, to facilitate project success.
- Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
- Lead project management teams and collaborate with Foremen to ensure all resources are adequately available.
- Coordinate with key subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee documentation and ensure all reports are signed off for effective team performance.
- Compile weekly reports highlighting incident reports, schedule updates, labor forecasts, material procurement, and variation logs.
