As an Electrical Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality electrical installations and optimizing our company’s operational effectiveness. You will oversee the installation and management of diverse service projects, executing electrical tasks with precision, and, when necessary, leading a team of journeyman and apprentice electricians. Your leadership will provide essential direction and technical support to your crew while ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulous planning and coordination of work, making sure that all materials, tools, equipment, and job information are readily available at the job site or in the service vehicle prior to commencing work. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead small teams in the layout, planning, and execution of minor projects.
- Generate accurate estimates regarding time, materials, and manpower required for service tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors, engineers, clients, service managers, and other contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster respectful and positive relationships with clients while identifying potential sales opportunities.
