About the job
Join Strukton Rail NV, one of Belgium's most advanced railway contractors, part of the international Strukton group. With over 100 years of experience, we are dedicated to providing top-notch railway works, including track, signaling, and overhead line constructions in rail infrastructure.
Our commitment to innovation, combined with extensive field knowledge, allows us to continuously push boundaries and seize new opportunities.
If you enjoy working outdoors and are looking for an unconventional job that blends technology with flexibility, then we want to share our story with you!
You will work alongside your colleagues to optimize the railway network. After thorough training, you will take on the role of an electrician, responsible for connecting electrical installations. Proficiency in reading plans and diagrams will be a crucial part of your tasks.
The role of a railway worker is not something you learn in school; our specialists will guide you through on-the-job training. We also provide necessary training and help you obtain the appropriate certifications.
Many of our projects take place during off-peak train hours, so a willingness to work nights and weekends is essential. In return, we offer a fair salary with additional compensation for night and weekend shifts, along with plenty of recovery time.
