Join our dedicated Maintenance team as a Electricity and Ventilation Maintenance Technician within the RES facility. Your role is crucial in ensuring operational continuity in electrical (low and high current), electromechanical, and ventilation systems across the RES area located at INBS PN.
Your responsibilities include actively managing the preventive maintenance and upkeep of electrical distribution networks and ventilation systems. You will oversee all phases from preparation to the execution of periodic tests on the installations, ensuring compliance with current safety regulations for all INBS PN facilities.
Additionally, you will handle corrective maintenance tasks, providing guidance and support in resolving complex technical issues. This involves analyzing and addressing incidents and non-compliance, from diagnostics to field resolutions, while adhering to established processes for event management and modifications.
You will also assist in managing regulatory checks associated with electrical installations and ventilation equipment.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the technical operation and maintenance of the electrical testing platform, ensuring both preventive and corrective actions are taken.
It's essential to uphold the technical quality of the documentation produced and to enhance the maintenance plan of the equipment by incorporating lessons learned from past experiences.
As part of your role, you will act as the Work Preparation and Execution Officer, adhering to intervention management processes by:
- Overseeing the preparation, monitoring, and control of subcontracted services (periodic maintenance or major maintenance work),
- Providing advice and assistance in managing modification works and addressing equipment obsolescence.
