The EHR Facilitator will play a vital role in the successful implementation of Boston Medical Center's eMerge electronic medical record system. Reporting directly to the Instructional Designer for the respective Epic application and in collaboration with the Training Manager, the EHR Facilitator is responsible for training and supporting both super users and end users. This role demands a deep understanding of the specific application and its workflows, exceptional presentation capabilities, and the ability to effectively address user inquiries related to the application. Furthermore, the EHR Facilitator will support system go-lives and optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and system performance.
