Currently, we face typical challenges of rapid growth: duplicate records, redundant properties, inconsistent lifecycle logic, and chaotic workflows leading to missed opportunities and revenue loss.
This role is essential to eliminate inefficiencies and build a system that enhances conversion rates, accelerates processes, and brings clarity to our operations.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation Through Data Integrity
- Deduplicate contacts and companies, standardize naming conventions, and maintain record hygiene.
- Audit and clean up redundant properties, consolidate fields, and enforce data standards.
- Establish governance rules to prevent future chaos in properties, workflows, and segments.
- Enhance lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and pipeline definitions to optimize sales processes.
