Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate Embedded Expert to join our Customer Success team. In this tactical role, you will engage closely with clients to configure and manage our self-service product, Opera. Your responsibilities include generating insightful performance reports, identifying trends and anomalies in customer interactions, and providing mentorship to client analysts.Your Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with clients to operationalize their program strategies using Cresta's self-service tools.Achieve Opera certification and employ keyword and utterance rules to pinpoint critical moments in customer conversations and establish consequent actions.Leverage Cresta's voice analytics tools to identify and convey emerging discussion topics in contact center dialogues.Monitor and analyze trends and anomalies to extract valuable insights from customer interactions.Utilize Cresta’s tools to align client business objectives with contact center operations.Provide ongoing mentorship and support for clients' analysts, fostering their skill development.
