Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead firmware development from concept to production for embedded and IoT devices.Execute MCU bring-up, board debugging, and hardware validation.Build and support RTOS-based or Embedded Linux systems.Develop and enhance device drivers for I2C, SPI, UART interfaces.Integrate various peripherals, including sensors, cameras, and LTE connectivity.Implement bootloaders, OTA updates, and firmware upgrade mechanisms.Address field issues and optimize system performance across CPU, memory, and power consumption.Assist in product testing, manufacturing, and deployment processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless hardware-software integration.Qualifications:Expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.Hands-on experience with RTOS or Embedded Linux environments.Practical experience in hardware bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting.Solid understanding of ARM Cortex architectures (Cortex-M / Cortex-A).Knowledge of communication protocols and multithreading concepts.Ability to effectively read schematics and interpret datasheets.End-to-end ownership experience on real hardware products.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with tools like Yocto, Buildroot, or U-Boot is advantageous.Experience with BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE, or camera/audio systems is a plus.
