Required Skills:
4-6+ years of specialized recruitment experience in a technology-focused company or rapidly growing startup.
Extensive experience in recruiting a high volume of both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and commercial roles (Sales, Customer Success Management, Go-To-Market) for enterprise software or SaaS firms.
Proficiency in English and German and/or French, with excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and candidates globally.
A proven history of international recruitment across EMEA and APAC regions, particularly in key markets such as Germany, the UK, Singapore, and Israel.
Expertise in utilizing Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for talent sourcing and outreach.
Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from attracting diverse passive talent to facilitating complex, multi-currency offer negotiations across all levels of seniority.
