About the job
- After a thorough onboarding period, you will take on diverse and varied responsibilities independently, while closely collaborating with your colleagues.
- You will respond to incoming alarms and implement the necessary actions accordingly.
- In emergencies, you will initiate further measures, including contacting the police and emergency services.
- You will handle both telephone and written inquiries from customers as well as internal requests from colleagues.
- You will monitor live video recordings from our clients, such as gas stations, and act proactively in the interest of the customer in case of incidents.
- Additionally, you will document inquiries and the actions taken.
Working Hours: 16-17 shifts per month (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays), exclusively night shifts between 18:00 and 06:00.
