As an Emerging Business Account Manager, you will take charge of a robust portfolio of emerging clients, focusing on renewals, expansion, and retention through data-driven strategies, automation, and exceptional commercial execution. Your role transcends mere relationship management; you will be pivotal in cultivating consistent growth.
What You’ll Do
Oversee a high-volume portfolio of around 300 emerging business accounts, fully responsible for renewals, expansion, and minimizing churn.
Identify, forecast, and secure upsell opportunities within your accounts to consistently achieve individual revenue targets.
Proactively monitor accounts at risk using product utilization data and behavioral indicators, implementing intervention strategies to retain and enhance revenue.
Serve as the commercial lead for your clients, effectively communicating the value of AppsFlyer’s platform and ensuring alignment with ROI expectations.
Accurately manage your sales pipeline, forecast deal cycles, and implement clear action plans.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement team to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure long-term success.
Utilize automation, AI, and scalable sales tools to streamline client interactions, prioritize accounts, and boost efficiency.
