Sales Agent / Business Developer (P.IVA) – POS & Payments
KEY INFORMATION
- Field-based activities in the Emilia-Romagna region (including major cities and provinces)
- Cold prospecting + appointments when available pre-sales
- Possession of P.IVA or willingness to obtain it (multi-mandatary agents welcome, direct regional mandate with SumUp)
- Commissions based on performance: product value + share on recurring transactions
- Short cycle: demo, activation, and collection
- Online training course + mentoring
- Simple application: CV + contact information
YOUR ROLE
- Conduct door-to-door prospecting: visiting shops, professionals, and SMEs
- Map the area and organize a schedule of visits
- Present demos of POS/cash register/business account and finalize activations
- Track pipeline and follow-up using Sidekick (CRM)
- Coordinate quick activations with the Pre-Sales team
- Manage and develop active clients within the region
WHAT YOU EARN
- 50% direct commission on each product sold (POS, hardware, software)
- Commission on the transaction of the first year of the client, based on net revenues: earn immediately based on what your merchant collects
- Monthly recurring commission on net revenues: your portfolio generates income every month, even on past sales
- On average, our active agents earn €3,000-4,000 gross/month in the initial months, with progressive growth beyond €5,000 gross/month regularly
- The top 20% of our network exceeds €13,000 gross/month thanks to the accumulated recurring portfolio

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in field sales (B2B/SMEs, door-to-door, consultative) or strong commercial aptitude
- Autonomy in managing schedule and territory + organized approach
- Clear communication, active listening, and numerical orientation
- Local network/contact portfolio
- Comfort with digital tools
