About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to conceptualize and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives across our diverse markets. Your mission will be to ensure that every new team member experiences a seamless and enriching onboarding journey.
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and local teams to create programs that enhance company culture, foster connections, and promote a sense of belonging—while diligently measuring the impact of your efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Programs
- Craft and manage an annual engagement strategy tailored for Singapore and our regional offices.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance connection, recognition, and effective communication.
- Oversee the engagement budget and structure of programs.
- Coordinate local event calendars and collaborate with country teams to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct engagement check-ins, feedback loops, and comprehensive reporting.
Onboarding Experience
- Design and continually refine the onboarding process and manager playbooks to ensure a consistent experience.
- Facilitate smooth transitions through pre-boarding, Day 1, and the first 90 days for new hires.
- Train hiring managers on their onboarding roles and expectations.
- Collaborate with People Operations on logistical aspects while taking ownership of the onboarding experience.
Insights & Culture
- Monitor participation rates, feedback, and themes from Employee Net Promoter Scores (ENPS).
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights and employee feedback.
- Work alongside leadership and HR Business Partners to shape and cultivate cultural initiatives.
