Join SEEK’s APAC Talent & Capability team as an Employee Insights Consultant, where you will transform employee feedback and learning data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will engage in initiatives across the broader Talent & Capability function. This individual contributor role is based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, and you will collaborate closely with team members located in Melbourne.
Success in the first 6-12 months will be marked by seamless survey execution, reliable reporting, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee bi-annual engagement surveys from inception to completion, ensuring effective delivery.
- Configure and troubleshoot the survey platform, addressing live issues promptly.
- Analyze survey data, create comprehensive reports, and facilitate in-depth analysis.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding surveys, along with integrated listening insights.
- Develop dashboards and maintain metrics for evaluating learning programs.
- Administer core Talent & Capability systems, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve system challenges.
- Coordinate Learning & Development project timelines, monitor milestones, and proactively escalate potential risks.
