This pivotal role positions you as the key expert in matters of conduct, grievances, and investigations, collaborating closely with leadership and the People team to ensure outcomes that are fair, consistent, and defensible.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including misconduct, grievances, bullying, harassment, and performance issues.
- Serve as the escalation point and primary decision-maker for high-risk or sensitive cases.
- Conduct and oversee workplace investigations, ensuring quality, consistency, and procedural fairness.
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance to leaders and People Partners.
- Mentor and develop a Case Advisor while enhancing employee relations capabilities across the organization.
- Monitor trends and risks, contributing to the continuous enhancement of employee relations frameworks and practices.
