Primary Function of Position:
As a Performance Specialist at Intuitive, you will be instrumental in boosting organizational effectiveness. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, supporting strategic performance-driven initiatives, and executing targeted interventions to assist our leaders and employees. Your expertise will help empower our workforce to realize their full potential, drive impactful results, and meet both immediate and long-term goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies through coaching and documentation.
- Develop and utilize templates that encapsulate best practices for enhancing employee performance, fostering accountability, ensuring consistency, and aligning with Intuitive's principles.
- Partner with the Employee Relations (ER) team and Legal Department to manage inquiries and triage escalated ER cases as necessary.
- Assist in handling “Tier 1” grievances, attendance concerns, and other non-escalatory issues.
- Support the offboarding process for involuntary separations, including documentation, system deactivations, and coordination of asset returns.
- Facilitate the implementation of global ER projects by prioritizing strategies aligned with key focus areas to support our ER and HR Business Leader teams.
- Provide the HR Leadership Team and People Services with a practical implementation toolkit (including templates and FAQs) to ensure smooth transitions with new processes or policies, and collaborate with HR business leaders to design and deliver training for staff on new policies.
