CCG Business Solutions is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative clients ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors, including technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech. As a vital member of our team, you will:
Engage directly with clients to provide essential legal guidance on all aspects of employment law, including hiring practices, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility challenges.
Draft and analyze employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other critical employment documents.
Represent clients in employment disputes before state and federal courts, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels.
Collaborate with colleagues on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters.
Provide strategic advice on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions, enhancing your cross-disciplinary expertise.
