Join Aledade as an Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our comprehensive Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program. Your responsibilities will include developing program guides and standard operating procedures that enhance our operational framework. By collaborating across various teams, you will assess the return on investment (ROI) of our existing Alternate Submission Method (ASM) workstreams and identify opportunities for workflow efficiencies and enhancements that optimize our processes.
As the Program Manager, you will spearhead the design and implementation of Aledade’s end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program. Your leadership will ensure that we accurately capture, validate, and submit clinical encounter data to payers and CMS, thereby reinforcing the integrity of our value-based care model. You will also oversee the daily EDS and reconciliation processes once the program is fully established.
We offer flexibility in work arrangements, allowing the ideal candidate to work remotely within the US or from our Bethesda, MD office.
