As a Team Coach, you play a pivotal role in connecting both clients and colleagues. Your calm demeanor, warmth, and keen observation skills ensure that our residents enjoy a safe and pleasant day, while you provide guidance and direction to your team. By combining resident support with hands-on coaching on the work floor, you foster an environment where everyone can thrive. Currently, we have two positions available for engaged Team Coaches at our Dennendal location in Den Dolder, focusing on LVB+ and EVB+ residents.
