Support Worker
Location: Sutton, Surrey
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 3:30pm

Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you will closely collaborate with our Service Users in the Sutton area, ensuring that each day is filled with excitement, activity, and uniqueness!
This role presents an opportunity to engage with our fantastic Service Users in the community, supporting and actively participating in activities such as:
- Arts and Crafts
- Sports Activities
- Swimming
- Beauty Therapy
- Games
- Day Trips
As a Support Worker in our Day Services, you will cultivate warm and trusting relationships with individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
No two days will be alike! All travel to and from activities is covered during your shift.
What We Look For:
- Experience in supporting adults in a care environment or community setting
- A solid understanding of Learning Disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, along with patience and flexibility
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and person-centered support
While experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training for all our Support Staff. In return for your dedication, we offer:
