MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in engineering project management, planning, or control services; alternatively, 2 years as a data analyst/business analyst;
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI;
- Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex topics and storytelling that engages all stakeholders;
- Customer-obsessed and data-driven, continuously learning and refining strategies to deliver user insights and maximize business impact;
- A strong sense of ownership and personal accountability, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders' deadlines and expectations;
- Experience in planning, control, process development, and reengineering;
- Ability to develop and operationalize data/metrics (e.g., business outcome requirements and value generation).
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a valid registration in the relevant professional council;
- Certification in Power BI from Microsoft (70-778, PL-330, 70-799, or equivalent).
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and analysis generation;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Executive Management AGP value chain, ensuring quality and accuracy;
- Interpret data to assess asset performance across the value chain: execution, deviations, trends, and forecasts;
- Create analytical dashboards and data quality verification tools for use by Oil and Gas Operational Control teams;
- Dive into technical details and synthesize findings into clear, visual PowerPoint presentations for executive summaries and detailed Word documents for all hierarchical levels;
- Establish clear decision-making options representing diverse stakeholder perspectives, driving actionable outcomes.
