Position Summary
We are in search of an EWP Designer for our client's Northeast Georgia facility. This role offers a chance to join a company renowned for its steadfastness, commitment to excellence, and a focus on fostering employee success.
Qualifications
- Preferred proficiency in Javelin or iStruct software
- In-depth understanding of construction industry principles and practices
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical institution
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or training (or a suitable combination)
- A strong professional work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Basic competencies in mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise and timely drawings based on customer blueprints
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design-related challenges
- Finalize designs for manufacturing and assembly processes
- Review drawings for adherence to design standards
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently
