Energy Recovery, Inc. is excited to welcome a motivated Engineering Intern for the summer, based in San Leandro, CA. This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager of the Testing & Validation Group within our New Technology and Product Development (NTPD) Team. Our NTPD team consists of a diverse group of skilled engineers and technicians, including several with advanced degrees. We seek an enthusiastic candidate who can excel in a collaborative team setting and contribute to innovative projects aimed at energy recovery applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine design, finite element analysis (FEA), instrumentation, and the experimental validation of turbomachinery and other high-pressure fluid systems. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, along with experience using FEA tools and documentation practices, is essential for this role.
