What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our AI Models Infrastructure Team within the AI Group. This team is responsible for building and managing the essential infrastructure that enables our teams to train and deploy Intercom’s proprietary AI models.
This role is highly technical; you will lead a team of skilled engineers in a rapidly evolving field. To lead effectively, you will need prior experience in AI and a strong desire to continuously expand your technical expertise.
