The Okta Secures AI team is at the forefront of AI governance for enterprises. As organizations begin to integrate AI agents into their operations, we are developing a vital security layer that facilitates safe and controlled AI adoption. Our platform is set to manage billions of AI interactions each month, safeguarding enterprises from risks such as shadow AI, credential leaks, and unintended agent actions.
Our architecture features a virtual Model Context Protocol (MCP) relay, which serves as an identity-aware gateway between AI agents and corporate data sources. This cutting-edge platform incorporates real-time threat detection, policy-based access control, and thorough auditing functionalities, empowering organizations to harness AI's potential while ensuring compliance and security.

The Opportunity for an Engineering Manager
We are in search of an Engineering Manager to lead our team in the creation and operational management of an AI agent security platform. This role offers a unique chance to influence how enterprises secure their AI-driven transformations right from the ground level.
As an Engineering Manager, you will inspire and mentor a talented group of backend, distributed systems, and security engineers, building the foundational infrastructure that connects AI innovation with enterprise security.
