We are dedicated to nurturing management skills and providing training for engineers interested in developing their soft skills into management capabilities.In this role, you will lead a software engineering team typically situated within a single time zone (such as EMEA, Americas, or APAC), collaborating closely with a Senior Engineer dedicated to a specific product. Together, you will shape the product roadmap, define technical strategies, oversee code quality, maintain documentation, and engage with the community. Both you and the Senior Engineer will be expected to undergo management training at Canonical to ensure a unified understanding of team dynamics, behaviors, routines, and standards.
