About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our product engineering teams in designing and developing workflows and integrations aimed at enhancing the support provided to our clinical staff, as well as the patients and families who engage with InStride. In this pivotal role, you will manage an engineering team, collaborating closely with our product team and lead platform architect to define, scope, and prioritize technical projects. Your experience will be crucial in ensuring project success as you oversee execution, delivery, and the overall well-being and professional growth of your team members. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the product team and stakeholders to define, scope, and manage the delivery of technical projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for clinical staff and families.
- Supervise the design and development of maintainable, scalable software systems that are thoroughly tested, documented, and monitored.
