The Opportunity
We seek engineering managers passionate about tackling complex real-world challenges while remaining hands-on as technical contributors. Our managers lead by example, mentor team members, and oversee our core services. This role necessitates active technical contributions alongside people management responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and roadmap our core services.
- Develop engineers on the team, facilitating their career advancement.
- Empower the engineering team to reach high levels of technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
- Contribute to broad engineering initiatives as a member of the engineering management team.
About You
- You possess over 2 years of experience in an engineering management role, delivering customer-facing products.
- Proficient in Typescript and/or Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP.
- You have managed a full-stack team comprising client and backend engineers.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
