We are seeking a hands-on, player-coach Engineering Manager who will play a pivotal role in both technical leadership and team execution. Compensation:
The compensation for the Engineering Manager role, requiring 8+ years of experience, ranges from $5,800 to $10,400 USD per month, reflecting the extensive expertise and leadership capabilities expected at this level.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the technical lead, writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and implementing software development best practices and quality assurance processes.
- Enhance team velocity through individual contributions while establishing and tracking KPIs and team norms for performance improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members through hands-on technical guidance, pairing sessions, and code reviews, and participate in hiring when necessary.
- Foster an engineering culture that encourages innovation while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and other departments to drive collaboration.
