The Client Communications team’s mission is to empower customers to cultivate deeper relationships with their clients by providing the right information at the right time across various channels. This team drives our mission forward by facilitating SMS, email, in-app messaging, and marketing tools that help self-care businesses engage their clients with timely, personalized, and trustworthy communications—from appointment reminders to business growth campaigns, ensuring every message fosters trust and delivers value.
