What’s the Opportunity?
We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to join our AI Models Infrastructure Team within the AI Group. This team is responsible for creating and managing the foundational infrastructure that enables our teams to develop and operate Intercom’s proprietary AI models.
In this technical leadership role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers within a rapidly advancing technical field. To maximize your team's effectiveness, prior experience in AI and a commitment to ongoing technical development are essential.
