What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of four engineers in Madrid, facilitating their professional growth through regular one-on-ones, performance feedback, and a strong culture of ownership and quality.
Steer the transformation of Code Coverage into an AI-driven system that leverages production data and large language models (LLMs) to uncover coverage gaps and enhance test effectiveness.
Collaborate with product management and customers to define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment and translating strategy into actionable priorities.
Remain hands-on by contributing to architectural and design decisions and participating in the on-call rotation.
Who You Are:
You possess a keen interest in AI and engineering automation, and are eager to explore how LLMs and autonomous systems can streamline developer workflows.
You have demonstrated experience leading an engineering team, whether as a tech lead or manager, with a proven ability to develop engineers at various experience levels.
You are an exceptional leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building high-performing teams and effectively setting priorities.
You thrive in ambiguous situations and can drive execution in evolving environments by crafting clear value hypotheses and iterating rapidly.
You have practical experience with Java or Go, have worked on large-scale distributed systems, and are willing to stay close to the code by participating in an on-call rotation.
Your strong product sense and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
