THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager within the DX Enterprise Features division, you will oversee teams dedicated to enhancing central authentication and identity functionalities for the Pure1 Platform. You will manage a senior engineering group responsible for Pure1's IAM services, ensuring secure access for customers and partners to our global cloud environment. Your goal is to create seamless, secure interactions across Pure1 while accommodating robust security needs and an intuitive user experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Platform Strategy: Lead the implementation of Pure1 IAM identity and SSO configurations across cloud applications, ensuring optimal service availability for every user interaction.
- Scale Enterprise Access: Develop our identity and contact models to support intricate multi-tenant hierarchies, promoting least-privilege access and effective role management for extensive enterprise fleets.
- Cultivate Technical Excellence: Mentor a team of senior engineers, setting high architectural standards and fostering a culture of security, reliability, and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Product, Security, and GTM teams to deliver features that enhance customer onboarding and compliance while minimizing friction in the authentication process.
- Optimize Operational Health: Define and monitor key performance indicators such as authentication success rates and SSO adoption to anticipate and meet evolving regulatory and customer needs.
