Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting their professional development.
Work closely with the product team to shape the strategic roadmap, significantly impacting the product and experience for engineers utilizing it.
Strategically tackle complex technical challenges and collaborate with your team to create clear and actionable plans.
Act as a key contributor and reviewer of code, spearheading design decisions and participating in on-call rotations.
Who You Are:
A seasoned leader capable of managing team dynamics, establishing objectives, providing constructive feedback, and creating a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Experienced in building distributed systems and managing infrastructure with an emphasis on reliability and fault tolerance.
You possess a product-oriented mindset, comfortably collaborating with product managers and customers to outline roadmaps and development plans. Experience with new products is a plus.
Proficient in a full-stack environment using Go & TypeScript. Familiarity with Kubernetes and containers is preferred.
Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) models, especially in evaluating quality and performance, is advantageous.
You hold a BS/MS degree in a relevant field.

This team manages the entire workflow, from receiving issues to showcasing AI-driven remediation steps within the user interface. Currently, their focus is on Kubernetes-related issues to validate the product preview. As an Engineering Manager, you will guide and foster the team's development while expanding product support to encompass various infrastructure types.
