About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to guide our Observability team, which is responsible for the metrics infrastructure essential for the operation of Anthropic's most critical systems. The reliability of our metrics is vital; without them, we cannot gauge the progress of training runs or the health of production inference.
