YOUR MISSION
As the Engineering Manager for Production, you will lead a team of production engineers based in Long Beach to deliver developmental units and fully qualified spacecraft within tight deadlines. You will oversee build processes, scheduling, capacity planning, and the execution of production outcomes.
You will work closely with Program Management and Engineering to offer insights into program schedules, align capacity with demand, guarantee design for manufacturability, and enforce disciplined execution against production milestones. You will be responsible for adapting production to meet program requirements while continuously enhancing efficiency, automation, and process maturity to deliver the desired quality on time.
This position calls for a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership: establishing standards, driving automation, solving challenges, and nurturing team members to reach their full potential while ensuring that every spacecraft adheres to mission assurance standards.
