Join JASARA PMC as an Engineering Policies, Standards, and Guidelines Engineer, where you will have a pivotal role in establishing and upholding engineering policies and standards that guide our project execution. You will be tasked with crafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of engineering policies and guidelines, engaging with stakeholders, and monitoring compliance to uphold the highest quality standards across all our engineering outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and sustain engineering policies, standards, and guidelines that are in sync with project demands and industry benchmarks.
- Perform research and analytical assessments on exemplary engineering practices to enhance policy development.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to relay updates and collect feedback on policies.
- Examine and integrate governmental regulations and international standards into our engineering protocols.
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to foster policy awareness and adherence.
- Monitor and report on compliance with the established engineering policies and standards.
