Your Role in Shaping the Future:
- Lead the charge in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) development projects, overseeing the journey from acquisition to series launch with an emphasis on quality in hardware and software components including ECUs, radars, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors.
- As the Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) Manager, you will serve as an independent consultant and coach, ensuring that quality requirements are integrated seamlessly into the early stages of the development process.
- Support project teams in implementing effective quality assurance measures, playing a vital role in achieving critical project milestones.
- Provide expert advice on quality topics along the V-Model, maintaining consistency between customer requirements, testing strategies, and internal processes.
- Represent product quality independently to management and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer transparent assessments of project status and product maturity, helping to identify risks and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with hardware development, mechanics, production, procurement, and global teams to drive ongoing quality improvements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, communicate findings in reviews, and escalate issues as needed, always with a pragmatic, value-focused approach.
