We are seeking a Talent Partner to work directly with our engineering team, overseeing the entire hiring process for complex technical positions. Strategic Ownership, Impactful Outcomes: Take full charge of the hiring lifecycle from briefing to offer for high-priority technical roles in engineering.
Partner with Engineering: Work closely with team leads and engineering managers to define roles, develop hiring strategies, and create exceptional talent pipelines.
Data-Driven Talent Strategy: Utilize market insights, sourcing analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions and enhance recruitment outcomes.
Innovate & Improve: Contribute to the evolution of our hiring processes through optimization, innovative sourcing strategies, and scalable hiring practices.
Champion Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful candidate journey.
