Key Responsibilities:
As the Enhancement Manager, you will lead and manage personnel and resources to deliver exceptional, cost-effective enhancement services to our clients. You will collaborate with Account Managers on estimating, design, and client consultations, while also selling enhancement services independently, regardless of existing maintenance contracts. With oversight of a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, you will play a crucial role in training and developing staff through operational scheduling and guidance.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs through regular communication with Account Managers.
- Overseeing all aspects of landscape enhancement services, including coordinating materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Conducting inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance.
