As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the enrollment and registration processes for various educational institutions, both in-person and online. This full-time position may require occasional travel for departmental training and school events. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding families and students interested in enrolling in the educational institutions managed by Pansophic Learning. You will also provide training and support to the enrollment team.
You will need to possess a solid understanding of state regulations and the unique needs of students and their families. As a liaison among students, parents, faculty, and administrators, you will be responsible for providing prospective families and students with crucial information to make informed enrollment decisions, reviewing necessary documents, and clearly communicating enrollment procedures. Moreover, you will devise effective follow-up strategies with prospective and new families to enhance the enrollment experience.
