What We Seek in an Enrollment LeadThe Enrollment Lead will oversee and manage payer enrollment for providers within our expansive national behavioral health network. This role requires expertise in payer enrollment processes and compliance while overseeing day-to-day operations and providing quality assurance for enrollment specialists or contractors. You will work closely with internal teams and external payer representatives to ensure that provider enrollments are completed accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Operations & Execution:Lead the comprehensive payer enrollment and revalidation processes for behavioral health providers across various plans, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.Guarantee timely and precise submissions for initial enrollments, re-credentialing, and demographic updates.Monitor enrollment timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective strategies to meet operational service level agreements (SLAs).Act as an escalation point for complex or stalled enrollment issues.Team Leadership & Quality Oversight:Provide daily guidance, training, and support to enrollment specialists and contractors.Review enrollment submissions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to payer and regulatory standards.Conduct regular performance assessments and feedback sessions to ensure team excellence.
