About the Role
Location: US-West (Pacific / Mountain time zones)
As an Enterprise Account Executive on the US-West team, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to securing enterprise-level contracts. Your role will be pivotal in driving CrewAI's revenue growth, collaborating closely with Field Development Executives (FDEs) and Customer Success teams to identify and address critical business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise sales opportunities in your designated region.
- Lead the complete sales process: from discovery and product demonstrations to proof of concepts, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Work with FDEs to create impactful proposals and proofs of concept.
- Keep an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts updated in the CRM.
- Understand and analyze customer technical environments to effectively position CrewAI against competitors.
- Manage objections, contracts, and pricing discussions with professionalism and finesse.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to Customer Success/FDEs and oversee renewal and expansion efforts.
Success Metrics (6–12 months)
- Regularly meet or surpass sales quotas and pipeline benchmarks.
- Successfully secure new enterprise logos in the US-West region.
- Achieve efficient sales cycles with a high win rate.
- Provide valuable insights from the market and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
- Promote growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting quotas, with comfort handling deals ranging from $100k to $1M+.
- Effective in selling to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient self-starter who flourishes in dynamic startup environments.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize effectively.
