Your Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, your primary focus will be on managing annual and quarterly sales cycles, securing both new client acquisitions and expanding existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include attracting new customers to Miro, optimizing our presence within current accounts, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively communicating the value of Miro. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, close, and retain both new and existing customers on the Miro Platform.
- Manage a select portfolio of strategic Named accounts.
- Engage with new trials/users within accounts to broaden usage and enhance revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to implement targeted campaigns.
- Conduct impactful discovery sessions and product demonstrations, partnering with our Customer Success team for pilot programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior executives.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to developing and implementing best practices across the sales organization.
